THE CRITTERZ INFLATABLES
2019 - Present
The Critterz are alien beings from outer space who have come to remind us of who we are and how wonderful life is. They are sewn of 200D ripstop nylon, powered by specially made high velocity industrial fans.

ASC WIND SCULPTURE PANEL DESIGN

Commissioned as one of six local artists to create a design for two sides of a panel on The Wind Sculpture, West Trade St, Charlotte North Carolina. Premiered April 2024.
THE TEMPLE OF CHANGE
2022-2023
The Temple of Change is an immersive art experience commissioned simultaneously for Charlotte SHOUT! 2022, and Artfields, 2022. Designed to celebrate the changes we all experience, the Temple invites you to visit, enjoy the quiet atmosphere, and write about your changes on the walls and windows.

FIRE TREE
2019, 2022
The Fire Tree is a 14’ tall welded copper sculpture, shaped like a tree; it features eight branches on two levels, and each branch is its own flame bar. Powered by propane. When lit, the Fire Tree gives off a warm glow and is tall enough to stand under. Commissioned for The Five Elements festival, the tree has made appearances there and at numerous Burns and outdoor events.

A PEOPLE’S HISTORY OF CHARLOTTE
2019, 2022
A People’s History of Charlotte is a 12 minute, four-screen video history of Charlotte-Mecklenburg, presenting history from the point of view of the people who lived it, not the powerful who controlled them. Designed to be projection mapped on the front of the McColl Center for Visual Art, ‘A People’s History‘ debuted at Charlotte SHOUT 2019, and was reprised in 2022 at The Charlotte International Arts Festival as part of a Blumenthal Fellowship.
FACES OF CHARLOTTE
2019
Faces of Charlotte is a 200-minute compilation video of interviews with over 100 Charlotteans of how they came to the city and why they love it. Designed to be projected in large outdoor spaces. Commissioned for Charlotte SHOUT 2019.
SPIN REVOLUTION
2011- Present
A three-screen immersive experience of abstract flora and fauna set to a soothing soundtrack. Commissioned for the Transformus Regional Burn, and seen there and at numerous Burns and outdoor events since 2011.
